* Nutrition, movement, and meditation set intentions for the weekend
* Talking stick conversations
* Nature exploration/walking meditation/find them faeries

Lunch
* Light picnic

Afternoon
* Workshop focusing on Shifting Frequencies, to create your desired state of being in order to work with quantum energy
* Bringing through Spirit and understanding your unique communication modality
* Reading energy exercises

Evening
* Dinner, fire and open up to the group members to share their craft/healing modality/tools.

Sunday

Morning
* Nutrition, movement, and meditation
* Workshop focusing on healing the movement of the mind and the energetic emotional energy of the body, bridging the gap to create energetic coherence to your being.
* Open for discussion
* Work with Spirit to set newly discovered goals from the weekend

Noon Weekend Closure

* Close off our amazing weekend with new friends and a new, healthy way of living.
